The works at the Rubrics Building (a Protected Structure and Recorded Monument, dating from 1699), entail the refurbishment of the entire structure over four storeys (1715 sq. m.) to provide residential apartment accommodation and ancillary study space. External works include a new underground plant room of 43 sq. m. with boreholes to provide sustainable heating, site connections, paving, and landscaping works. The works at the Chief Steward’s House entail the refurbishment of the entire structure over two storeys (190 q m.). to provide residential apartment accommodation and ancillary space. Associated alterations to House 10 (a Protected Structure) to provide a new universal access route to the Chief Steward’s House with paving and landscaping works and alterations to the pedestrian gate in the adjacent perimeter railings (a Protected Structure).
