In summary, the Goods comprise: of Loose furniture and equipment mostly based on specifications by the Department of Education (DE) for schools. One of each classroom, from Junior classes up to 6th class, including the support rooms and office (Goods) are required to be supplied and installed in Scoil Cholmcille N.S., Convent Rd. Letterkenny, Co. Donegal, in October 2021, once the building has been handed over. The remainder of the items are anticipated to be required once the refurbishment has been undertaken in the Spring of 2022. It is intended to award a contract to a single service provider to each Lot. Tenderers must be able to supply each item on the specification list as per the Lot tendered for. An incomplete Lot will not be considered. Tenderers can submit alternatives where there are issues with raw materials for the items proposed, bearing in mind the estimated dates when the items are needed to be in situ.
