Developing Inclusive Leaders

Tender description

The purpose of this tender is to deliver a development programme aimed at supporting inclusive leadership across the sector - the programme will be called 'Becoming an inclusive leader'. Research and insight shows that the diversity of the sporting workforce is not representative of the wider population across Wales – not only do we believe that we should be truly reflective of the diverse community that we serve, but that it is vital we develop inclusive environments for people to enter into the sporting workforce. It’s vital to ensure we create a diverse workforce capable of creating a diverse participant base, and therefore enabling sport in Wales to thrive. Setting the environment is critical – and we believe this starts with leaders which is why we will be focusing this programme on developing inclusive leaders across the sports system.
