Tender description

To complete the survey of the existing electrical services associated with the existing electrical heaters. To complete alterations to the existing sub-distribution boards, including the removal of all redundant electrical devices and installation of new additional switchgear as required to carry out the proposed electric heater replacement. To complete the disconnection, removal and disposal of the existing electric storage heaters. To complete the installation of new electrical spur outlets to replace existing electrical spur outlets including outlet surface back boxes. To complete the supply and installation of the replacement electric heaters as specified in the tender drawing. Including connection to the spur outlet. To complete the supply and installation of the electric heaters to the new locations as specified in the tender drawings. To complete the power supply cabling, spur outlet and cable containment associated with the new additional electric heater. To complete the supply and installation of the electrical heating remote control units, one controller required per floor. To complete cabling and cable containment to the heating control unit. To complete the Earthing & Bonding Installation. To complete commissioning and testing of the electric heating installation. To complete update of the O&M manuals and record drawings.
