Tender description

The University of Essex is seeking tenders for a project to work within the Biological Sciences Building, Level 2. The works comprise of the reconfiguration of part of the Biological Sciences Department including demolition of existing installations, removal of existing walls, new walls, finishes, doors, services, sanitary ware and specialist laboratory fit out. The existing MEP services supporting the area being refurbished are generally of an age and condition that dictates replacement being necessary. New external facilities to house new gas store enclosures and bollards.
