THE WORK: the contract comprise the execution and completion of the works detailed on the tender drawings and within the tender documents and in accordance with the work standard required by CADW and HIA Grant Funding for the refurbishment of a Grade II Listed Building, necessary to complete the whole project and including : 2.2 • replacement rainwater goods and copula. • replacement windows and external doors • repairs and renovation works to external façade • internal repairs and renovation works to restore historical interior • provision new Manager’s apartment; • provision new M&E services as well as basement plant room and hygiene fit out • external works including drainage and fire escape stairs
