St. Josephs Park Community Association - new all-weather pitch

St. Josephs Park Community Association are seeking tenders from suitably experienced contractors for the installation of a new all-weather pitch, floodlighting, fencing, drainage, pavement surface laying, services, landscaping, minor ancillary site works at Hospital Hill, Clifden, Co. Galway. Tenderers must submit the following documents to be considered valid & be evaluated : - Volume B Form of Tender and Schedule – completed and signed - Works Declaration Document LEADER [WDL] document- completed and signed - Volume C BOQ - A detailed specification of the proposed artificial grass surface and shock pad to demonstrate compliance with the minimum requirements detailed in the table at page 8 of the A1 Works Requirements document. Failure to submit the above documents may result in exclusion from the competitive process and any response that is not in the requested format may be rejected. The works must be completed within 6 months of date of commencement of the works. At shortlisting contractors will be required to demonstrate proof of previously delivering 3 projects; that are comparable in size, nature and complexity to the works over the past 7 years – this experience must be similar pitch construction. This contract is subject to funding
