Tender description

The purpose of the tender is to appoint an experienced contractor to deliver comprehensive public realm improvements at Sylvania Way Clydebank. The proposal is to upgrade the full length of Sylvania Way, Clydebank. The works will be split into 2 phases and tenderers should bid for both phases. Phase 2 progressing is dependent on agreement has to be reached with the private landlords. Lot 1: Phase 1 - Public Realm Works at Sylvania Way, Clydebank The following main measures are included as part of an overall public realm improvement scheme: - alterations to the layout to create a more pedestrian friendly environment - installation of new quality pedestrian surfaces - new street furniture and improvements street lighting - introduction of new soft landscaping.
