Crown Commercial Service (CCS) has awarded a framework agreement for the provision of construction works and associated services for use by eligible Central Government Departments (and Arms Length Bodies) and all other UK Public Sector Bodies, including, but not limited to, Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education, Housing, Charities, Nuclear, and Devolved Administrations. The works and associated services to be covered by this procurement will be divided into lots. There are thirty eight (38) lots in total. Lot 1.1.1: Building Works and Minor Associated Civil Engineering Works and Associated Services (GBP 0-3 000 000) – North England A Supplier Alliance Member in lot 1.1.1 under the agreement shall provide access to a full suite of building works and minor civil engineering works and associated services to the client and additional clients at locations aligned to the lot region (reference associated NUTS codes). Lot 1.1.2: Building Works and Minor Associated Civil Engineering Works and Associated Services (£0k-3m) – South England A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 1.1.2 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full Suite of Building Works and Minor Civil Engineering Works and Associated Services to the Client and Additional Clients at locations aligned to the Lot region (reference associated NUTS codes). Lot 1.1.3: Building Works and Minor Associated Civil Engineering Works and Associated Services (£0k-3m) – Wales A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 1.1.3 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full Suite of Building Works and Minor Civil Engineering Works and Associated Services to the Client and Additional Clients at locations aligned to the Lot region (reference associated NUTS codes). Lot 1.1.4: Building Works and Minor Associated Civil Engineering Works and Associated Services (£0k-3m) – Scotland A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 1.1.4 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full Suite of Building Works and Minor Civil Engineering Works and Associated Services to the Client and Additional Clients at locations aligned to the Lot region (reference associated NUTS codes). Lot 1.1.5: Building Works and Minor Associated Civil Engineering Works and Associated Services (£0k-3m) – N. Ireland A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 1.1.5 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full Suite of Building Works and Minor Civil Engineering Works and Associated Services to the Client and Additional Clients at locations aligned to the Lot region (reference associated NUTS codes). Lot 1.2.1: Civil Engineering Works and Minor Associated Building Works and Services (£0k - £3m) – North England A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 1.2.1 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full Suite of Civil Engineering Works and Minor Associated Building Works and Associated Services to the Client and Additional Clients at locations aligned to the Lot region (reference Associated NUTS codes). Lot 1.2.2: Civil Engineering Works and Minor Associated Building Works and Services (£0k - £3m) – South England A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 1.2.2 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full Suite of Civil Engineering Works and Minor Associated Building Works and Associated Services to the Client and Additional Clients at locations aligned to the Lot region (reference associated NUTS codes). Lot 1.2.3: Civil Engineering Works and Minor Associated Building Works and Services (£0k - £3m) – Wales A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 1.2.3 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full Suite of Civil Engineering Works and Minor Associated Building Works and Associated Services to the Client and Additional Clients at locations aligned to the Lot region (reference associated NUTS codes). Lot 1.2.4: Civil Engineering Works and Minor Associated Building Works and Services (£0k - £3m) – Scotland A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 1.2.4 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full Suite of Civil Engineering Works and Minor Associated Building Works and Associated Services to the Client and Additional Clients at locations aligned to the Lot region (reference associated NUTS codes). Lot 1.2.5: Civil Engineering Works and Minor Associated Building Works and Services (£0k - £3m) – N. Ireland A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 1.2.5 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full Suite of Civil Engineering Works and Minor Associated Building Works and Associated Services to the Client and Additional Clients at locations aligned to the Lot region (reference associated NUTS codes). Lot 2.1: Construction Works and Associated Services (£3m - £10m) – North England A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 2.1 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full Suite of construction- related works and associated services to the Client and Additional Clients at locations aligned to the Lot region (reference associated NUTS codes). Lot 2.2: Construction Works and Associated Services (£3m - £10m) – South England A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 2.2 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full Suite of construction- related works and associated services to the Client and Additional Clients at locations aligned to the Lot region (reference associated NUTS codes). Lot 2.3: Construction Works and Associated Services (£3m - £10m) – Wales A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 2.3 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full Suite of of construction works and associated services to the Client and Additional Clients At locations aligned to the Lot region (reference associated NUTS codes). Lot 2.4: Construction Works and Associated Services (£3m - £10m) – Scotland A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 2.4 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full Suite of of construction works and associated services to the Client and Additional Clients At locations aligned to the Lot region (reference associated NUTS codes). Lot 2.5: Construction Works and Associated Services (£3m - £10m) – N. Ireland A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 2.5 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full Suite of of construction works and associated services to the Client and Additional Clients At locations aligned to the Lot region (reference associated NUTS codes). Lot 3.1: Construction Works and Associated Services (£10m - £30m) – North England A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 3.1 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full Suite of construction works and associated services to the Client and Additional Clients at Locations aligned to the Lot region (reference associated NUTS codes). Lot 3.2: Construction Works and Associated Services (£10m - £30m) – South England A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 3.2 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full Suite of construction works and associated services to the Client and Additional Clients at Locations aligned to the Lot region (reference associated NUTS codes). Lot 3.3: Construction Works and Associated Services (£10m - £30m) – Wales A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 3.3 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full Suite of construction works and associated services to the Client and Additional Clients at Locations aligned to the Lot region (reference associated NUTS codes). Lot 3.4: Construction Works and Associated Services (£10m - £30m) – Scotland A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 3.4 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full Suite of construction works and associated services to the Client and Additional Clients at Locations aligned to the Lot region (reference associated NUTS codes). Lot 3.5: Construction Works and Associated Services (£10m - £30m) – N. Ireland A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 3.5 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full Suite of construction works and associated services to the Client and Additional Clients at Locations aligned to the Lot region (reference associated NUTS codes). Lot 4.1: Construction Works and Associated Services (£30m - £80m) – England/ Wales A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 4.1 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full Suite of construction works and associated services to the Client and Additional Clients at Locations aligned to the Lot region (reference associated NUTS codes). Lot 4.2: Construction Works and Associated Services (£30m - £80m) – Scotland A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 4.2 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full Suite of construction works and associated services to the Client and Additional Clients at Locations aligned to the Lot region (reference associated NUTS codes). Lot 4.3: Construction Works and Associated Services (£30m - £80m) – N. Ireland A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 4.3 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full Suite of construction works and associated services to the Client and Additional Clients at Locations aligned to the Lot region (reference associated NUTS codes). Lot 5: Construction Works and Associated Services (£80m +) - National Lot across all UK regions A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 5 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full Suite of construction works and associated services to the Client and Additional Clients in a National service provision across all UK regions. Lot 6.1: Residential – North England A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 6.1 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full Suite of residential construction works and associated services, where projects relate to Housing and residential accommodation and associated buildings to the Client and Additional Clients at locations aligned to the Lot region (reference associated NUTS codes). For clarity, this Lot does not include low-rise multiple occupancy accommodation blocks, Such as nursing, military and student accommodation, which would be provided under Lots 1-5. Lot 6.2: Residential – South England A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 6.2 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full Suite of residential construction works and associated services, where projects relate to Housing and residential accommodation and associated buildings to the Client and Additional Clients at locations aligned to the Lot region (reference associated NUTS codes). For clarity, this Lot does not include low-rise multiple occupancy accommodation blocks, Such as nursing, military and student accommodation, which would be provided under Lots 1-5. Lot 6.3: Residential – Wales A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 6.3 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full Suite of residential construction works and associated services, where projects relate to Housing and residential accommodation and associated buildings to the Client and Additional Clients at locations aligned to the Lot region (reference associated NUTS codes). Ireland A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 6.5 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full Suite of residential construction works and associated services, where projects relate to Housing and residential accommodation and associated buildings to the Client and Additional Clients at locations aligned to the Lot region (reference associated NUTS codes). Lot 7.1: High Rise Accommodation – North England A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 7.1 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full suite Of high rise accommodation construction works and associated services, where projects relate To housing and/or residential accommodation and associated buildings that are classed as high Rise properties or structures to the Client and Additional Clients at locations aligned to the Lot Region (reference associated NUTS codes). Lot 7.3: High Rise Accommodation – Wales A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 7.3 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full suite Of high rise accommodation construction works and associated services, where projects relate To housing and/or residential accommodation and associated buildings that are classed as high Rise properties or structures to the Client and Additional Clients at locations aligned to the Lot Region (reference associated NUTS codes). Lot 7.4: High Rise Accommodation – Scotland A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 7.4 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full suite Of high rise accommodation construction works and associated services, where projects relate To housing and/or residential accommodation and associated buildings that are classed as high Rise properties or structures to the Client and Additional Clients at locations aligned to the Lot Region (reference associated NUTS codes). Lot 7.5: High Rise Accommodation – N. Ireland A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 7.5 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full suite Of high rise accommodation construction works and associated services, where projects relate To housing and/or residential accommodation and associated buildings that are classed as high Rise properties or structures to the Client and Additional Clients at locations aligned to the Lot Region (reference associated NUTS codes). Lot 8: Maritime - National Lot across all UK regions A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 8 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full suite Of Maritime and ancillary structures and associated services (both inland and coastal) to the Client and Additional Clients At locations across the UK. This work may include, but is not limited to, waterfront facilities Including docks, locks, sea walls, slipways, navigation aids and also inland works such as Flood defence works. Lot 9: Airfields - National Lot across all UK regions A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 9 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full suite Of Airfield and ancillary structures and associated services to the Client and Additional Clients At locations across the UK. This may include, but is not limited to, “airside” construction i.e. The area of an airport that is within its passport, customs control and security checks. Lot 10: Demolition - National Lot across all UK regions A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 10 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full suite Of Demolition and Decommissioning Works and Associated Services to the Client and Additional Clients at locations across the UK. This will include all pre-demolition activities, Demolition activities, remediation etc through to close-down of activities and materials Disposal. Lot 11: Construction Management - National Lot across all UK regions A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 11 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full suite of Construction Management and Associated Services to the Client and Additional Clients at Locations across the UK. The Supplier Alliance Member will provide the management of Construction Project Contracts and programmes through the use of trade and/or work packages At discrete delivery stages, and/or from inception to completion, and the provision of common Site facilities and services. Lot 7.2: High Rise Accommodation – South England A Supplier Alliance Member in Lot 7.2 under the Agreement shall provide access to a full suite Of high rise accommodation construction works and associated services, where projects relate To housing and/or residential accommodation and associated buildings that are classed as high Rise properties or structures to the Client andAdditional Clients at locations aligned to the Lot Region (reference associated NUTS codes).
