Cavan County Council is establishing a separate Multi Party Framework Agreements under each of the following 3 Lots - for Improvement Work and Maintenance to Cavan County Councils Housing Stock and other Council Buildings in the relevant Municipal District Lot 1 - Cavan-Belturbet Municipal District Lot 2 - Bailieborough - Cootehill Municipal District Lot 3 - Ballyjamesduff Municipal District The maximum number of Framework Participants permitted under each Lot will be 15 Cavan County Council also reserve the right to include Reserver Participants. Please refer to Tender Documents for further Details Lot 201520: Lot 1 - Cavan-Belturbet Municipal District Multi Party Framework Agreement The maximum number of Framework Participants permitted under this Lot will be 15 Cavan County Council also reserve the right to include Reserver Participants. These are Tenderers whose tenders meet the minimum conditions of suitability assessment but whose notional tender totals rank them outside the specified number of framework participants (i.e. those valid tenderers ranked 16th or lower).Please refer to Tender Documents for further details.
