Ice Cream Concession at Bournemouth Air Festival

<ol> <li>Introduction -&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The Council is seeking tenders from suppliers to operate an Ice Cream concessions business at nominated sites for the duration of the Air Festival for the years 2021, 2022 and 2023.</li> <li>Scope -&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The length of the contract is for one year with the option to extend the contract annually for a further two years. Therefore, if all extensions were taken, the full length of the contract would be for three years. It is anticipated that the contract will start August 2021. Options to extend are subject to satisfactory performance throughout the life of the contract and the Council&rsquo;s confirmation of funding availability (budget) for the Major Events.</li> <li>Requirement -&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The successful supplier will provide high quality ice cream service at reasonable prices and be able to provide a courteous and efficient service emphasising customer satisfaction in a full-service environment. There will be a total of seven sites for the Bournemouth Air Festival along the seafront and East Overcliff Drive in which the contractor must fill all sites.</li> </ol> <p><em>To access the procurement documentation, bidders must click on the &lsquo;Register interest in this opportunity&rsquo; button in the top right.
