Seeking tenders from general contractors to carry out a series of refurbishment works to Phoenix House, Conyngham Road

Tender description

The Local Government Management Agency are currently seeking tenders from general contractors to carry out a series of refurbishment works to the building. The proposed works can be roughly divided into the following tranches: (i) upgrades to the main stair and lift lobbies, (ii) upgrades to the reception area on Level 3, (iii) upgrades to the central portion of flors 3, 4, 5 and 6, (iv) upgrades to the canteen space on Level 1, (v) upgrades to part of Level 2 to provide for a collaboration space for employees, and (vi) works in selected locations throughout the building (and carpark) to improve fie resistance and fie safety. These areas are outlined in more detail below. Please note these are general descriptions only, contractors must refer to the full tender packages to ascertain the full extent of the works.
