Proposed Extension at Byron Road, Weston super-Mare (AHL-353) Dec '20 - AWARD

Tender description

The scope of the works comprises extending the present bedroom to enlarge the room by incorporating the existing lobby and moving the south front wall forward 1m. Also included will be the installation of a pair of French doors to the dining room and associated external works. The existing bath is to be replaced with a 'deep unit' to assist the Customer with their daily living. The works are to be funded by a Disabled Facilities Grant from North Somerset Council for the benefit of a disabled child. The extent of the works are as shown and described in the Specification and the Drawings Alliance 103A and 103B. This tender is issued by NSAH (Alliance Homes) Ltd trading as Alliance Homes on behalf of the Alliance Homes Group. Tender submissions MUST be received no later than midday on Monday 11th January 2021.
