Toilet Refurbishment Works

Tender description

The proposed works consist of refurbishment and alterations of existing toilets in the school. There are nine locations in the school where the toilets are to be altered and or refurbished. The proposed works consist of the following, i) Removal of existing bathroom ware, floor coverings, wall tiles, doors etc. ii) Alterations to layouts of bathrooms as indicated in particular, a. Staff WC to be altered with new entrance door from hallway D and to become a male student WC. b. Female students WC at hallway D to be altered with new door from staff room and to become a female staff WC. c. Male student WC at hallway D to become female student WC. d. Boys Locker Room layout to be altered. e. Girls Locker Room layout to be altered. f. Female students WC at hallway B to be altered to form male student WC and female WC. iii) Fit out bathrooms with new wc’s, washbasins, doors, floor covering, extraction ventilation etc. as detailed. iv) Paint to all bathroom walls, ceilings, doors radiators and pipework.
