The works involve (but are not limited to) the following; Construction works comprising but not limited to; installations and fitting new non stud partitions, , associated doors and joinery installations, tape & joint and decorating all walls, new timber / paper / fabric linings to selected walls, suspended acoustic panels from existing ceiling, laying new floor coverings throughout, tiles to new accessible WC & WC and joinery to reception / canteen areas. Mechanical and Electrical works comprising; installation of new HVAC system, general lighting and task lighting, power and ICT cabling installs, ICT room, install of life safety systems, and test and commissioning of all installations.
