Tender description
Crown Buildings will be the integrated agile office base for in the region of 700 staff from the Social Care, Education and Early Intervention services Lot 1: Well-Being Hub The Well-Being Hub will have a Community Health and Wellbeing Area on the ground floor, which will provide an integrated health, social care, third sector and community services resource. The Hub will provide access to information and advice for the citizens of Wrexham and café facilities. Lot 2: Office Furniture Crown Buildings will be the integrated agile office base for in the region of 700 staff from the Social Care, Education and Early Intervention services. The building will provide office space, breakout areas, Meeting rooms and a work café area.
