<p>SCDC wishes to appoint a contractor to provide a service to advise on the acquisition and management of commercial property investments that meet the Councils adopted strategies (supporting economic growth and regeneration) and as part of the Councils medium term financial strategies to build its portfolios of assets that will provide a sustainable long term revenue stream to support the continued delivery of the Councils services to their residents.</p> Keywords: Commercial property acquisition and management services
