1424 Provision of Volunteer Teacher Accommodation for De Montfort University

Tender description

De Montfort University, Leicester, is seeking to appoint a single supplier to provide self-contained accommodation for 10 Volunteer Teachers by entering into a Nomination Agreement. The successful bidder will enter into a contract for an initial period of 3 years (with a review, and possible break, at the end of year 2) with an option to extend the period for additional 1+,1+ years subject to annual review and confirmation that the provider is delivering the services in accordance with the contract. The annual term will be 47 weeks and, total term in any event will not be longer than 5 years. The property/building(s) must be located within a 15 minute walk of the centre of the University's Campus - i.e. the junction of Mill Lane and The Gateway, Leicester LE1 9BH.
