Broadbridge Heath Council Depot will be declared surplus to WSCC needs at the end of 2020, WSCC are looking to develop the land into a retail park, comprising 2 retail units and 2 restaurant units, subject to planning permission. Construction of a Retail Park at Broadbridge Heath (subject to planning permission) based on the pre-let of 4 Retail Units and creation of a new access route onto the site through WSCC land.
