Tender description

The procurement has the purpose of enabling the University of Nottingham's Estates Department of entering into a contract to have mechanical project works undertaken by a group of suitably qualified contractors under a framework agreement. The framework shall run for a period of up to 4 years (2 years fixed with 1 year plus 1 year dependent on contractors performance) with individual projects let on either a direct award or mini-competition basis. Allocation of works will be in part determined by a contractor's performance based on KPI data. All prices for works let under this framework contract shall relate back to the rates tendered in the procurement. Mechanical projects costing in the region of GBP 100 000 to GBP 250 000 with an estimated total yearly value of GBP 750 000 of work awarded under this lot. Mechanical projects costing in the range of GBP 0 to GBP 100 000 with an estimated total yearly value of GBP 250000 being completed.
