Tender description
3. The works comprise of refurbishing an existing primary school building to create a new nursery facility and associated landscaped external play areas. Existing classrooms in the existing school are to be upgraded with new windows and curtain walling to existing stair cores. The existing school reception office is to be reconfigured and new meeting rooms formed. External areas of the existing building are to be reconfigured and landscaped. The existing services including lights heating and alarm systems are to be adapted and upgraded in the nursery and upgraded in the refurbished classrooms. A cycle store and bin store will be created externally
