Through the station retail programme, Transport for London seeks to significantly increase the commercial revenue potential across its multi model estate through the enhancement of existing tenancies and creation of a variety of new format commercial retail units to capitalise on prime retail opportunity areas. The scope of this potential opportunity could include but is not limited to: site inspections, the supply of labour, consumables, materials, access equipment and plant required for various activities. These activities largely relate to mechanical, electrical and premises works.
