Tender description
TfL is undertaking an early market engagement exercise via a Market Sounding Questionnaire (MSQ) to gauge interest and seek feedback from the marketplace regarding the delivery of landlord works activities for station retail via a framework. Through the station retail programme, Transport for London seeks to significantly increase the commercial revenue potential across its multi model estate through the enhancement of existing tenancies and creation of a variety of new format commercial retail units to capitalise on prime retail opportunity areas. The scope of this potential opportunity could include but is not limited to: site inspections, the supply of labour, consumables, materials, access equipment and plant required for various activities. These activities largely relate to mechanical, electrical and premises works. This proposed new framework will support the retail development team achieve its business goals by creating efficient access to landlord works support.
