The works comprises the demolition and removal of an existing two storey modular building and installation of a new larger two storey modular building. Works will include but not be limited to the following: • demolition and removal of existing modular building; • design, supply, delivery and installation of new two storey modular building; • connection to existing services on site; • making good of existing surfaces; • erection of a perimeter security fence with associated gates; • erection of a bin store enclosure; • erection of a Vehicle cleaning bay; • setting out of site lines. The Wessex building is an existing modular building located at Hampshire Fire and Police Headquarters in Eastleigh, Hampshire that has reached the end of its life and is to be replace with a larger building to accommodate the relocation of Hampshire Constabulary Police Officers and Staff from Kings Worthy Court. The successful contractor will be responsible for the design of the new two storey modular building and to work in collaboration with the client to ensure the operational requirements are incorporated.
