Tender description

Gwynedd Council entered into a contract with a single contractor using the JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractors Design 2016 Edition for the works – Internal works, Refurbishment and New Build Extension at Unit 1 Ddole Road Industrial Estate, Llandrindod Wells, Powys, LD1 6DF. Gwynedd Council are the contract Client and act as the Lead Authority for the North & Mid Wales Trunk Road Agency (NMWTRA) partnership. NMWTRA are to be the organisation to benefit from the services. Heart of Wales Property Services Ltd (HOWPS) have been appointed to act as agent of behalf of NMWTRA.
