Tender description

Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, in partnership Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council, Doncaster Council, and Sheffield City Council, is seeking to develop a DPS of contractors who can carry out energy efficiency retrofit works to domestic properties. Where demand for works of this nature is identified, the Council will use the DPS to select a partner organisation(s) with whom to develop retrofit plans and deliver energy efficiency measures. These will be selected via a further competition advertised via the ProActis tender portal.
