Tender description
The site development compromises a transit shed with internal floor area of circa 10 400 m2. The associated external works required include surface water drainage, external paving (circa 10 000 m2) capable of withstanding loads imposed by heavy plant and operational traffic (e.g. front loading shovels, HGV’s etc), 2 No weighbridges, fencing to the perimeter, car park and laydown area, line marking and vehicle restraint systems and bollards.
