Tender description

The procurement has the purpose of enabling the University of Nottingham' Estates Department of entering into a Contract to have Electrical Project Works undertaken by a group of suitably qualified contractors under a Framework Agreement. The Framework shall run for a period of up to 4 years (two years fixed with one year plus one year dependent on contractors performance) with individual projects let on either a direct award or mini competition basis. Allocation of works will be in part determined by a contractor's performance based on KPI data. All prices for works let under this framework contract shall relate back to the rates tendered in the procurement.
