Tender description

HHP require suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide Design and Build (D&B) services for the delivery of the Cleat Road End Development, Isle of Barra. The contractor’s design and build proposal must include for 2 number 2 Bed 4 Person single storey houses (HHP standard house type 11) and 4 number 3 bed 5 person single storey houses (HHP standard house type 1C), together with associated car parking, street lighting, infrastructure, utilities, site services, access roads, footpaths, site works, landscaping, and all other development costs, including statutory and professional fees. The Contract is tendered on a single stage competitive Design and Build basis. The Tender Notice will be published on the Public Contracts Scotland portal, and only tenders submitted via this portal will be considered. Tender proposals will be evaluated on a Quality (40%) / Price (60%) basis.
