Tender description
Highlands and Islands Enterprise are planning to undertake Design and Construct works in repair and stabilisation of the Quay at Arnish Point, Isle of Lewis. The purpose of this commission is to undertake the design and all construction works, along with associated Planning Permission and Marine Licences, in line with the draft Condition Report prepared by Graham & Sibbald/Arch Henderson in April 2017.
