This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is in relation to the renewal framework for Supply, Delivery & Installation of Education and Office Furniture. It is anticipated that the scope of furniture covered under the framework will include but not be limited to education and office furniture. The lotting structure is expected to permit Scottish councils, Scotland Excel Associate Members and other participating public bodies to purchase individual pieces of furniture or deliver a full kit-out requirement. Nonetheless, please note that the exact procurement process to be adopted and its layout have yet to be determined and may change from those stated in this notice. Lot 1: Education Seating The services under this lot will include, but not be limited to, supply, delivery and installation of education seating. Lot 2: Education Desks and Tables The services under this lot will include, but not be limited to, supply, delivery and installation of education desks and tables. Lot 3: Education Storage The services under this lot will include, but not be limited to, supply, delivery and installation of education storage products. Lot 4: Education Dining Furniture The services under this lot will include, but not be limited to, supply, delivery and installation of education dining furniture. Lot 5: Education Full Kit Out The services under this lot will include, but not be limited to, supply, delivery and installation of education furniture products. Lot 6: Pre-5 Furniture The services under this lot will include, but not be limited to, supply, delivery and installation of pre-5 furniture. Lot 7: Office Seating The services under this lot will include, but not be limited to, supply, delivery and installation of office seating products. Lot 8: Office Desks and Tables The services under this lot will include, but not be limited to, supply, delivery and installation of office desks and tables. Lot 9: Office Meeting Room and Reception Furniture The services under this lot will include, but not be limited to, supply, delivery and installation of office meeting room and reception furniture. Lot 10: Office Storage The services under this lot will include, but not be limited to, supply, delivery and installation of office storage products. Lot 11: Office Full Kit Out The services under this lot will include, but not be limited to, supply, delivery and installation of office furniture.
