RUG - Multi Skills Framework Agreement - Social Housing Maintenance

Tender description

Rugby Borough council is looking to award a Multi Skills framework agreement, to support the in-house provision of social housing maintenance for a 2 year period plus a possible two one-year extensions, subject to performance and service requirements, starting on 1st December 2020. Selected Contractors awarded on to the Framework will provide responsive repairs and maintenance and small improvement works for housing. The framework agreement will be split into 4 lots, with between 2 and 5 reliable and experienced Contractors being awarded a place on the framework for each lot, who are to be available during the term of the framework.
