Tender description

The provision of a managed service for repair and maintenance for our municipal and residential properties, procurement and management services. The authority has a current agreement with an incumbent provider (Runnymede Borough Council) to carry out the procurement and management of contractors for the repair and maintenance works for its various municipal buildings and property assets. Properties include (but are not limited to) community/day centres, car parks, parks and gardens, offices and waste recycling depot. A full list of the properties included within the scope of this requirement is included at Appendix 1 of the specification for lot 1. In addition to the managed service for the authority’s municipal buildings, there is now a requirement to include the Council’s growing portfolio of residential properties in the new agreement. Details of the types and numbers of residential units, including the projected growth in numbers of units, can be found in Appendix 1 to the specification for lot 2.
