The general scope of the Conservation Works Contract will cover the Loggia (stone – underpinning, minor repairs and refurbishment); The Temple of Minerva (stone – minor repairs, refurbishment, and installation of interpretation panels); Edwardian Toilets (two separate iron buildings – one male and one female); Canal Bridges (2 iron bridges - minor repairs and repainting and 1 stone bridge – minor repairs to parapet); Ruin (stone – consolidation and stabilisation); Long Seat (stone – repair, additional new section, artwork installation); and Boundary Wall and Railings (stone repair and iron railing installation).
