Tender description

Transport for Wales Rail Services have a Social and Commercial Development Plan aimed at bringing under-utilised or disused spaces at stations back into use for social and commercial purposes. Phase 1 of the plan covers a total of 6no. Stations. These have been divided into 3no. lots due to their geographical spread. You may choose to tender for all lots or select certain lots: • Lot 1 - Llandudno, Llandudno Junction and Tywyn stations • Lot 2 – Abergele and Pensarn and Bangor • Lot 3 - Abergavenny The works will be managed using NEC short form terms of contract.
