Further detail is available in the tender documents Lot 2: Lot 2 - General Building Work (Over 25,000 GBP) This category of work covers large scale adaptation and renovation projects that could include complete house refurbishment and new extensions. Lot 3: Lot 3 - Plumbing Work Only This category of work is predominantly looking at adaptations to existing bathrooms, with installations of level access showers and all associated works such as tiling, non-slip floor covering, etc. Further detail is available in the tender documents Lot 4: Lot 4 - Stair Lifts Only This category covers the installation of all types of stairlift, together with any minimal ancillary work to facilitate the lift installation Lot 5: Lot 5 - Vertical Lifts Only This category covers the installation of all types of internal or external vertical lift, together with all ancillary preparation work.
