Tender description
The University of Nottingham wants to enter into a framework with five contractors for the supply mechanical and electrical works. The framework will be in place for up to 4 years (two fixed with 1 year plus 1 year depending on contractors performance). The value of the framework is estimated to be worth approximately GBP 5 million per year with GBP 20 million in total over the 4 years of the framework. The University wants to entering into the framework to have M&E project works undertaken by five contractors at its premises. The framework shall run for a period of up to 4 years (2 years fixed with 1 year plus 1 year dependent on contractors performance) with individual projects let on either a direct negotiation or mini competition basis.
