Tender description

NHS Supply Chain: Food seeks to establish a non-exclusive framework agreement for supply to Trusts via the stocked route and Bidfood (our multi temperature distributor) for but not limited to cold beverages, confectionery and snacks. It is anticipated that in the first 12 months of the framework agreement the value of purchases will be circa GBP 13 500 000 however this is approximate only. The figures for the total estimated value are based on that initial expenditure and include a forecast for growth. We anticipate to have 22 lots for this strategy, listed below, please note this is subject to change. The core range will include but will not be limited to; roll pack biscuits, mini pack biscuits, gluten free biscuits and savoury biscuits. The core range will include but will not be limited to; 18g bag crisps. The core range will include but will not be limited to; Gluten free cakes, Vegan cakes, Individually wrapped cakes and higher energy cakes. The core range will include but will not be limited to; cordials and sugar free cordials. The core range will include but will not be limited to; Ambient juice cuplets, chilled juice cuplets and other single serve juices. The core range will include but will not be limited to; 1L Fruit Juices and Juice Cartons The core range will include but will not be limited to; Flavoured milkshake solutions. The core range will include but will not be limited to; Water cuplets, 5L water and Sportscap Water Bottles. The core range will include but will not be limited to/ Cola flavoured drinks and flavoured carbonated drinks. The core range will include but will not be limited to; Flavoured Water, Iced Tea, Juice Drinks and Energy Drinks. The core range will include but will not be limited to; fried potato crisps. The core range will include but will not be limited to: savoury snacking items that are lower in sugar, fat, salt and calorie content. The core range will include but will not be limited to: non-potato based snacks. The core range will include but will not be limited to: fried potato crisps, rice cakes and other snacks. The core range will include but will not be limited to: ridged potato crisps. The core range will include but will not be limited to; Hand cooked potato crisps. The core range will include but will not be limited to: chocolate bars and sweets. The core range will include but will not be limited to; 500 ml Still Water, 500 ml sparkling water and 1-2L water. The core range will include but will not be limited to: healthier snack bars that are lower in sugar, fat, salt and calorie content. The core range will include but will not be limited to: cereal and nut bars. The core range will include but will not be limited to: vitamin drinks. The core range will include but will not be limited to: individually wrapped cake products for use in retail.
