Tender description

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council invite tenders to put in place 4 frameworks of main contractor teams for each of 4 lots 1) building works, 2) civil engineering works, 3) outdoor play and recreation works, and 4) design and build projects. Each framework will provide a main contractor Team to deliver capital projects. Subcontractors may be required depending on the projects specifics. The main contractor will be responsible for the performance of its subcontractors and other members of the supply chain. The successful main contractor will work on Fermanagh and Omagh District Council funded and non-funded projects of varying construction works values. These projects will include, but not be limited to architectural, building, civil engineering, public realm, environmental improvements, conservation, play areas, car parks, building fit outs, water recreational and sports ground construction. Any other works required for a particular appointment.
