Thirteen - Omits & Boilers 2018/19

Tender description

Thirteen Housing Group seeks to appoint a contractor to carry out refurbishment works to 59 properties across Hartlepool, Middlesbrough and Stockton on Tees. Many of the properties have been omitted from previous investment schemes for various reasons and will be noted as omits. The scope of works will vary between properties. The works will include full heating systems, boiler only replacements, bathroom replacements, canopies, kitchen replacements, rewire, window replacements, front door replacements, PIV, fire replacement. The work will be undertaken on a supply and fit basis. Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
