The tenderer must offer consultancy and delivery of robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI) and Dataflow as well as data architecture. The contracting authority has numerous examples of tasks that are both regulated by rules and repetitive while the requirements for efficiency are increasing. The contracting authority therefore needs automated processes where the objective is to offer real-time management and predicted and personal services. The contracting authority requires a tenderer who has good experience and references for completed projects related to public administration in municipalities by using RPA technology, AI, data analyses, data architecture and data flow. The tenderer must contribute to the municipalities achieving goals given in the Digi Rogaland digitization strategy with a special focus on standardisation and common architecture (data architecture) where the objective is to give the people in Rogaland equal access to public digital services.
