Home Group will be opening Webb Ellis Court, Extra Care Housing service in Scarborough, in early 2020 (exact handover date is yet to be confirmed, but currently understood to be end of January 2020). Home Group will be the outright owner of the building and will deliver the Housing Management function. Home Group will also be delivering care and wellbeing services to support customers based on their individual needs. The building will offer 63 apartments (mix of one and two bedroom) for rented customers. As part of the onsite facilities Home group are looking for a provider of a catering service, the details of this required service are contained herein. Given the intention for a phased move-in programme for our customers, there will be a requirement to build the capacity of the catering service over a period of time during this period. We are looking to work with a potential provider to agree a plan to achieve a seamless provision of the catering service from the day customers start moving into Webb Ellis Court.
