Tender description

Transport for Wales require a concessionaire to provide advertising at managed railway stations and on trains to cover the following areas: — Out of Home (OOH) and Rail Bridges (48 sheets), — in carriage (on board), — experiential/pop up sites. TfW has a media estate consisting of 1010 on-board train sites, 48 OOH railway bridge/infrastructure sites on the Core Valley Lines, 665 assorted size Out of Home (OOH) advertising sites on its stations, and opportunity for experiential/pop up sites across the network. TfW invites suppliers to tender for a railway advertising concession contract to sell advertising space across this media estate, sharing revenues with TfW on a percentage basis, including a guaranteed annual minimum payment to TfW within the parameters set out within this document. It is anticipated that the supplier will update the current media estate to a digital service where appropriate.
