Disabled facilities adaptation works that assist individuals to retain their independence at home. Disabled facilities adaptation works for residents in privately rented or owner occupied properties. Works may include access to and from dwellings, making dwellings safe and various building alteration such as supply of external ramps, widening of doorways, works to lavatories and bathrooms and installation of additional sources of heating.
