Tender description
The Contracting Authority (Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology) intends to award a contract under the open procedure for Renovation/Reconfiguration works at our GMIT CCAM Campus Monivea Road Galway. The works will entail: • Undertaking of role of project supervisor construction stage (PSCS) • Demolition as outlined • Removal and closure of existing doorways • Mechanical Works • Installation of Electrics and Lighting to rooms outlined • Miscellaneous Electrics as outlined • Installation of data points • Timber flooring to part of room • Repairs to Existing windows • Installation of fixed Furniture • Installation of Fixed Shuttering to window • Repainting of Room including walls windows and doors • Final Office Clean to work areas Contract Awarded 22.07.2019 to Cosier Homes Limited, Stripe, Furbo, Co Galway
