Tender description

The framework will provide for the delivery of small new and refurbishment construction works not normally exceeding 500 000 GBP (works will not normally be less than 30 000 GBP). This includes the provision of building, mechanical and electrical works and all associated specialist subcontracts: the work may involve: — construction of new buildings and extensions, — refurbishment or repair of existing buildings, — installation of new or replacement building services installations. The framework is being let by CPD on behalf of any public sector organisation requiring works in Northern Ireland including: — Government Departments, — agencies, — non-departmental public bodies, — Local Authorities, or — other Contracting Authority (including subsidised bodies or other grant recipients).
