Opportunity is for 3 off kiosk opportunities, you may bid for one or more concessions We would like to achieve a mix of food and beverage offers that will offer our passengers. Coffee Grab and go product that can be sweet or savoury. Niche product artisan target market. These are 3 concessions for 5 years. All units will be on a 5 year term. The tender Lot 1 is for a branded food and beverage kiosks/outdoor units that are grab and go concept. The units can be food or beverage led, or a mix of both. The location is immediately outside the terminal building, capturing footfall for arrivals and departures. Onward travel including buses, DART train station opening in 2021 and both multi storey carparks are located in the immediate vicinity. Tender excludes the current WHS CTN site.
