Tender description

The contractor will be creating shells for the new Second World War Gallery (SWWG) and new The Holocaust Gallery (THG), 2 fully fitted-out learning spaces on Level 1 and Level 2 of the Museum, upgrading the HVAC services to a storage area on Level 2 and a refurbished toilet block, also on Level 2 of the Museum. At present, the works are scheduled to run from January 2019 until December 2020. Timeframes and completion dates for specific sections within that period will vary. This is a restricted procurement process. Initial selection will be through a PQQ to determine a tender shortlist. The questionnaire return deadline is 23.8.2018. Once evaluation has been completed, up to 6 tenderers will be shortlisted to be invited to tender. The tender is scheduled to be issued on 31.8.2018, with a return deadline of 15.10.2018. Following tender evaluation, clarification and sign-off, the provisional appointment is scheduled to be made on 9.11.2018 and confirmed 20.12.2018.
