St Albans City and District Council has decided to consider procuring options for the provision of a Housing Repairs and Maintenance Contract. This contract is for the future delivery of Repairs, Voids and Planned Works that will allow the Council to deliver the most efficient and effective service based on the objectives identified. This Prior Information Notice is being published as St Albans City and District Council is commencing preliminary market consultations. The Council would like to discuss with suitably experienced and interested organisations about how these services might best be provided and is therefore carrying out preliminary market consultation with potential providers prior to any formal procurement taking place. The Council would particularly welcome innovative, imaginative and cost effective solutions.
