Tender description

Ealing Council wishes to procure a framework of contractors for internal Kitchen and Bathroom refurbishment (including associated mechanical and electrical services) works Contract across our building stock borough-wide. Contract delivery will be to all housing stock owned and managed by the Council including but not exclusive to flats and maisonettes within high, medium and low rise residential developments, hostels and sheltered housing schemes. The Framework comprises of the following elements — refurbishment of existing kitchens and bathrooms including all associated plumbing, electrical and general building works. The Council will enter into a framework contract and call offs will be based on the JCT Measured Term Contract, Minor Works Contract and Intermediate Contract as appropriate and as detailed in the framework contract and any mini-competitions, amended and incorporating the documents stated in the mini-competition tender pack. It is the intention to run a mini-competition yearly for a yearly plan of programmed works. In the event of additional requirements outside of the yearly planned programme of works, such requirements will also be tendered under a mini-competition.
