Tender description
This tender is for upgrade works to 8 Traveller Accommodation Sites in Co. Clare under Clare County Councils Traveller Accommodation Programme. Construction, repair, plumbing and electrical works are to be carried out to the Traveller Accommodation Schemes as listed below: - Ballaghfadda Traveller Accommodation Site, Clarecastle - Ballymurtagh Traveller Accommodation Site, Shannon - Ballymacraven Traveller Accommodation Site, Ennistymon - Glen North Traveller Accommodation Site, Ennistymon - Deerpark Traveller Accommodation Site, Ennistymon - Beechpark Traveller Accommodation Site, Ennis - Knockanean Traveller Accommodation Site, Ennis - Ballymaley Traveller Accommodation Site, Ennis Each scheme shall be priced separately with the combined totals formulating the tender price. Volume C - Pricing Document will be subject to funding availability and Clare County Council reserves the right to reduce or increase the contract. Finally please note that all or part of the above contract may not be completed due to budgetary constraints and all works are subject to re-measure. This contract was awarded to Alan Cummins, Cummins Carpentry & Building Contractor, Rinnerinagh, Fountain, Ennis, Co. Clare.
